Our organization is dedicated to serving residents along the I-70 Corridor in Eastern Colorado. We provide immediate, short-term material assistance such as diapers, formula, and baby food, in addition to one-on-one support for women facing an unplanned pregnancy or other crisis.
The EPWRC also offers support and education in a variety of areas including co-dependency, sexual trauma, abuse, boundaries in relationships, parenting, and life skills. A professional counselor is available by appointment.
CRISIS PREGNANCY: PREVENTION & INTERVENTION
- Prevention: We are here to educate clients on the importance of sexual abstinence outside of the boundaries of marriage.
- Intervention: Our goal is to educate those in a crisis pregnancy about the consequences of their choices (whether choosing to carry the baby full term, seeking adoption, or considering abortion), and to provide fact-based options. We also address various questions and concerns while helping clients walk through the process of bringing their babies to full term.
- Restoration: In Word and Deed, we are here to communicate love, hope, and forgiveness to women suffering from post-abortion syndrome; to assist women facing loss through miscarriage; and to help women through the life-changing decision of adoption.
- Services: We strive to meet the immediate material needs of pregnant women and new parents with resources such as maternity clothing, baby diapers, wipes, formula, and miscellaneous baby items. Support groups, parenting classes, professional counseling, and life skills education are available.
